You meet your private driver in the morning just outside the cruise terminal 8:30 , from the Port to Pompeii it takes 30 min drive ,more or less and there you find your licensed private tour guide (English , French or Spanish language) ...the tour with him/her is 2 hours long more or less . you visit ancient roman baths , private houses, theatres, bakeries and shops .The guide helps you to image how was Pompeii 2000 years ago .At the end of the tour you can enjoy other 20 min to drink fresh orange juice or water , you can do a little shopping of souvenir if you wish.
The day continues with your English speaking driver -guide for a short drive to the wine-farm which is located within the boundaries of the National Park of Mt Vesuvius.The renowned local wine is called LACRYMA CHRISTI, made our CAPRETTONE grapes for the white wine and PIEDIROSSO grapes for the rosé and red wine ....it's a table wine that every family in the bay of Naples would usually drink during a meal .The farm is a small organic family-run farm , at its 3rd generation.
The visit will consist of a short wallk in the vineyard to recognize the peculiar soil and grapes, followed by a nice visit to the cellar.
At the end , an authentic Neapolitan meal will be served along the different types of wines produced in house : a sparkling white, the white, the rosé the red and the red reserve. The whole experience is fun and delicious. The place is very beautiful with nice views over the Bay of Naples.

We will then go back to the ship on time .
